Can we get a time option for when the form needs to be completed? For example the Open Water class… upon completion of the class we need the student to sign the Completion Record Form. Would be good to have this form arrive in their profile AFTER the last dives are complete. We do not want them signing the document that dives were completed etc before they arrive to us. And then some sort of emailed notification to the diver “A new form has arrived to your profile that needs your signature. Please click the link below to complete.” Or something like that in wording. So we have a tick box to require a form before a booking is confirmed. Maybe add another tick box to add the form after excursion is complete.
Note: I said signed after excursion and not after reservation is complete because maybe they complete the class with us and stay for another coupel days of diving. We need them signed and certified for the upcoming days. So day one and day two is class. After day two the form is released to the profile. Then they dive with us day 3+ as a certified diver or as a Deep Diver, etc.
