Review & Confirm booking

At a later time, somewhere this week or next i week i will do a thorough inspection of the email/communication flow as we spoke about earlier. For now; I have made a test booking for myself under the name Jay Skip. I have received the estimate, looking well. In the Rental Gear section, when having more than 2 guests, you cannot see the third one. Can you revisit this layout and see how we can make as many guests visible in this view? Or have a different layout that shows/suggests that there is more to see/fill in. I can already see this going wrong where people fill in for the first two guests but not for the other ones because they cannot see it displayed. See screenshot. Is page also the place where we want people to fill in the liability and the medical waivers? or will this be sent after the information for each guests has been filled in? Because currently when i click the ‘continue to your checklist’ button. It does not send me to any checklist or forms. I get the following below. Additionally, isnt it better to do this in a later stage when we have everybody their emails? Since the forms need to be filled in by every participating guest? Im not sure about the flow here yet but it seems to make sense to me.. Thoughts?

Making a ghost estimate/calculating prices

Alex had told me that in practice, through reservations as well as at the front desk, sometimes you want to select a product or a combination of products for a guest just to know the pricing. Can you make it non-mandatory to fill in customer information before being able to make a package/selecting bookable products? Essentially its being able to make a quote without a customer name/account attached to it yet. Sometimes you just want to make the quote to show a guesst and cancel it when the guest walks out. In case the guest agrees with the quote you can still fill in their personal info and move forward. Right now, i can only select the first 3 options in the menu and the rest is not selectable.

Change location/branch at event level

Good morning!! We need to be able to change the location of an individual instance of an event (whether divers have signed up or not). For example: Guided 1-Tank Shore Dives are always at 2:00pm. The standard schedule is: Mondays at Dive Inn Tuesdays at Hamlet Oasis Thursdays at Yellow Submarine Fridays at Delfins Beach Saturdays at Dive Inn Sometimes we may need to change the location on a specific day based upon customer needs. Sometimes, we may have two separate Guided 1-Tank Shore dives happening on the same afternoon, one at Delfins and another at Hamlet Oasis. Questions: 1) How do we change the location of the dive on a certain date in the calendar view? 2) How do we create a second instance of the same event at another location (or sometimes even at the same location)? Thanks!!

permissions for individual staff accounts vs. work email accounts

Request: Set clear permission rules for individual staff accounts versus company/work email accounts. Individual staff accounts should have very limited access. These accounts are only meant for staff members to view their own schedule and the general planning/calendar view. Context: Individual staff accounts will be created using the staff member’s personal email address. These accounts are private staff accounts and should not have access to operational, customer, financial, catalog, or administrative information. The purpose of these accounts is only to allow staff to see: Their own individual planning for the upcoming 2 weeks The general calendar/planning view for the upcoming 2 weeks, as shown in Attachment 4 They should not be able to view or access: Customer profiles Reservations, except where needed to understand their own assigned planning Financial information Payments Catalog/product setup Reports System settings Partner information Any administrative modules Goal: Create a clear separation between private staff accounts and work email accounts, so staff can view the planning they need without having access to sensitive or unnecessary business information. Suggested permission logic: Accounts that do not use an @divefriendsbonaire.com email address should only have access to planning/calendar visibility. Example: Personal staff email address = limited access @divefriendsbonaire.com work email address = access based on assigned role Work email accounts: All locations and departments have their own @divefriendsbonaire.com email addresses, for example: Location name @divefriendsbonaire.com info@divefriendsbonaire.com marketing@divefriendsbonaire.com Other department or management emails These work email accounts should receive permissions based on their actual role and operational needs. Important distinction: The system should clearly distinguish between: Private staff accounts Used only for personal planning visibility. Work email accounts Used for operational work and role-based permissions. Suggested access rules: Private staff email accounts: planning/calendar view only Location work email accounts: access based on location role and operational responsibilities Department work email accounts: access based on department role
