Checking status on this. Once we have this operational it will allow me to fully abandon Google Calendar.
Ideal situation for me is probably one automated message per night. I can set the time whenever I want 12 nooon or 9pm whatever. A single message to each staff member of the responsibilities for tomorrow.
In addition to the auto message, we should have a way to push out any additional messages needed in case of late changes to the calendar. Maybe best if we can automate this. So example we add +1 new diver to a boat, that Captain and DM get a notification of the diver, the bodega gets the update, and tank guy gets update.

We have three marinas - Abrigo, Fonatur, Caleta. We can assign this by boat. Odana boat is in Caleta, Caribe Paradise boat is in Fonatur, etc. So if Odana needs 12 tanks, staff is given roster for 12 tanks in Caleta.
Time of tank delivery (morning, afternoon, night). This also tells them when to return to get the empties. Meaning if they drop 10 tanks at Caleta for 12pm, they know to return for empties 6pm.
