Early returns on reservations is guests are slow to complete their forms. This is not uncommon. The problem now is its slowed down even more because by the time to go to enter their data its so late and they have to share links to friends last minute.
Just thinking here if there is a better way (better= faster, more responsive) to get the name and email of all divers.
Just thinking out loud here and maybe you or others have an idea.
My first thought is to add something with the credit card form or “required for confirmation” type form that is simply collecting name and email for all divers that are not minors. Then have that auto-populate the name/email to send out reuests for signatures and cert card, etc.
But open to any better ideas out there.
