Have a default/idle location assigned to vehicles. That way we can track where vehicles are. We also want to assume that if someone is assigned to take a vehicle to another location, it defaults to being with them at the alternate location for the day unless assigned to an activity for the afternoon.
The vehicles (and boats) should also be schedulable for other non-activity purposes (errands, maintenance, other staff/management needs)
Example scenarios:
Scenario 1:
Duncan is assigned to use the “YS Truck” for an activity in the morning at Dive Inn. The YS Truck schedule should show it as “available” but at Dive Inn for the afternoon.
Scenario 2:
Duncan is assigned to use the “YS Truck” for an activity in the morning at Dive Inn. Maddy is assigned to use the “YS Truck” for an activity in the afternoon at Yellow Submarine. The YS Truck should be assigned to each activity/location appropriately.
