Notify staff on customer completion of a document

In the forms can we get a tick box to notify staff upon completion? Example: All students are required to complete a Privacy Policy before we can register the eLearning. So when the student signs the PP, getting an email notification to the office would be great. This notice would tell us Joe Blow completed the form, go register their eLearning kit.
