I think I am using this option incorrectly. It tells me my one-seat delivery vehicle does not have enough seats for all my divers. So it seems as though this is intended to be a customer transport?
What I had envisioned this was used for was assigning a vehicle or staff member to run errands throughout the day. Example: 4pm pickup arriving client equipment. 5pm pickup cash payemnt of invoice Bob Smith. With the ability of adding gps location, client phone number, invoice, etc.
Currently we do this with Google Calendar. Its not urgent of course but it is nice getting gear pickups or gear drops offs onto a calendar as a reminder.
