Making a ghost estimate/calculating prices

Alex had told me that in practice, through reservations as well as at the front desk, sometimes you want to select a product or a combination of products for a guest just to know the pricing.

Can you make it non-mandatory to fill in customer information before being able to make a package/selecting bookable products? Essentially its being able to make a quote without a customer name/account attached to it yet.

Sometimes you just want to make the quote to show a guesst and cancel it when the guest walks out. In case the guest agrees with the quote you can still fill in their personal info and move forward.

Right now, i can only select the first 3 options in the menu and the rest is not selectable.
