What does the waiver look like when it is filled in and added to the customer profile?
Can we please add the first name and last name to the top of the form when it is submitted?
This way we can also export and for example print forms if neccessary with the name attached to it. This way we can also prevent errors in the system to make sure that the correct form is always attached to the account in Fathombay.
