Require Nitrox Agreement and Cert Card conditionally on class and equipment selections

And also Nitrox Certification Card upload.

I have created Documents Required for each. I need to assign them only to users that are:

1. Taking the Nitrox class (agreement but not the upload)

2. Using Nitrox (purchasing the upgrade in equipment rental).

How can I do that? I see how to do that for option #1, but I dont see the option for #2.
