Private Boats

Might be nice to have way to select what each diver on a private boat is doing. Now I have a private boat that includes 3 students, and 2 riders. I’m trying to add this to my calendar now and running into a problem of how I add it so it is the least confusing.

I suppose I would just add the private boat, the students, and the riders all separately and then just assign them all to the same boat? I wonder if there might be an easier way so it puts just one entry onto my calendar instead of three?

The catch is I cannot have a private boat without someone assign to it. So I cant add the Try Scuba and the Rider and combine them because that would leave the “private charter” empty and the software blocks me from doing it.

Thoughts?
