Singature on Document

When the signature document is ready to complete the client mouses over the “Complete Document” button. The scroll-over effect has a pop-up for a red circle with a line through it. It makes me think this is not working or form not ready. I think we should remove the circle/line icon and replace it with a green check mark, or better yet just have the button itself highlighted upon mouse over.
