I am guessing this is not complete yet? Would be good to allow input for BOTH a serial number from the bottle, and also a company number (#1-100 etc). Then of course we need two available dates for cleaning.
Yearly service for clean and inspection
Hydro Test (usualyl every 5 years)
And naturally a tick box to confirm service was completed or something, updating to the next scheduled date.
Finally would be good to have an additional option to input any maintenance performed off schedule.
