Need to be able to assing them to a class.
I saw it in the client sprofile to send it to them, and it asked for the instructor name at the same time. This is not ideal. If they book today for a class for next week, I will not know who the instructor will be.
Ideally when the client reserves a class, say OW, the OW Completion form loads in their profile. Even better if is not available until AFTER the class completes. Class completes June 1 at 6pm, at 6:01 we can make the form active and send client a notification to log in and sign their record form.
After client signs, office gets notified the form is ready, and THEN we assign the instructor for their signature.
