Can we have the option to add two wetsuit rental sizes to the equipment rental? No adiditonal price.
Our clients do not get the option to try on or fit a wetsuit. They simply get on the boat and the equipment is there waiting for them. So some clients are weorried about not having a correct fit. It would be good if clients have the option to pick two sizes of wetsuits - such as Medium AND Large, and at no additional fees (same price as one wetsuit).
Might be good to then have a confirmation after the dive if possible where we then confirm what size fit the diver so we can update the rental to only one size for day two and beyond. Maybe something sent to the office so we can ask the client or maybe an automated message to the client from the software “We see you rented two wetsuits today. Which size was best fitting for you?” or something like that.
